Scope of Work:

• Pump System Installation: Installed a 1/2 HP submersible pump with a durable sealed lid and automatic float switch.
• Discharge Line & Check Valve: Routed the discharge pipe to a landscaped drainage area outside the home, with a check valve to prevent backflow.
• Optional Battery Backup (Pending): Provided consultation on a battery backup system for future installation to ensure protection during power outages.
  

The Result

The new system has completely eliminated water buildup in the basement, even during the wettest periods. The Nguyens now enjoy a dry, clean basement and are moving forward with finishing the space for family use.
