Scope of Work:

• Trench Creation: Cut into the perimeter of the concrete floor to create a shallow trench alongside the foundation wall.
• Drainage Channel Installation: Laid a perforated drainage pipe wrapped in filter fabric to capture and redirect incoming moisture.
• Wall Membrane Application: Applied a dimpled drainage membrane along the interior wall to guide wall seepage into the drain.
• Connection to Existing Sump Pit: Linked the system to the home’s sump pump to ensure any collected water would be discharged safely.

The Result

The moisture intrusion was completely eliminated, and the basement remained dry even during recent rainstorms. The Haddads now plan to finish the basement, confident in the long-term reliability of the system.
