Scope of Work:

• Selective Demolition: Carefully removed drywall and insulation only in the affected area to access the foundation wall and floor joint.
• Trench & Drainage Channel: Created a shallow trench along the inside perimeter and installed a perforated drainage channel (interior weeping tile).
• Wall Membrane Installation: Applied a dimpled drainage membrane to the foundation wall to direct seepage into the drainage channel.
• Sump Pump Connection: Linked the drainage system to the existing sump pump to ensure collected water is removed efficiently.
• Wall Restoration: Rebuilt the finished wall using mold-resistant insulation and drywall once the system was in place and tested.
